Living costs
Question for people who live in rented (or owned accomodation if you are the house holder):
How much do you pay a month on bills on average?
This excludes rent and council tax. I'm not really interested in a phone line for quite sometime as well.

Thanks for any input, x

I live in a one bed flat on my own:

Water - £48 quarterly
Electricity - £40 monthly direct debit (I don't have gas so everything is electricity)
Phone and broadband - £40 monthly
Food - £15-20 per week depending on my plans.

I paid for my TV licence outright every September. And I don't pay council tax because I'm a student, but at a guess I'd say it'd be about £50 per month.

I think that's everything, I always forget my bills, I'm so not responsible enough to live on my own :)
